A gentle Shampoo that acts tough.
Our gentle, sulfate-free shampoo is built with a plant-based surfactant (coconuts!), which provides a rich and moisturizing creamy foam. This lather is equal parts refreshing as it is cleansing - washing away daily oil, sweat, and flakes. Worried about washing too much or too frequently? Not here. We’ve formulated ours to be gentle, not stripping or harsh like many shampoos on the market. Shampoo is best when you need to clean the hair -- post-workout, post-sweat or post-anything that might result in sweat, pollutant exposure (hey there, environment), or grime. Plus the smell of citrus and juniper will leave your hair smelling fresh, too.
Fight against thinning hair.
According to the National Library of Medicine, 53% of men will have ‘moderate to extensive hair loss’ by age 49. You may or may not be familiar with some of these chemicals. Our silicone-free shampoo offers the same rich lather as with the use of silicones, but without the potential negative side effects including reproductive and developmental concerns. Sulfates, a popular surfactant (i.e. ‘detergent’) used as a cleansing agent and responsible for foaming action, can damage the hair and scalp by stripping away naturally occurring proteins and oils. Instead, we use Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate -- a mild, gentler sulfate-free surfactant derived from coconuts. Plus, our products are always made without parabens, phthalates or aluminum.
