Tell Me the Difference: Deodorant vs. Antiperspirant
Deodorant and Antiperspirant are two different kinds of underarm protection, and many products on the market are a combination of the two (called Antiperspirant Deodorants). Deodorants contain odor-masking or odor neutralizing ingredients. Antiperspirants, on the other pit, use aluminum salts to block your sweat glands from creating underarm sweat in the first place. So when you have a combination Antiperspirant Deodorant, that contains aluminum to prevent sweat and additional ingredients to prevent and absorb odor.
